Sports Entertainment Network entered into a new partnership with the Ellinbank & District Football and Netball League in 2022. Terrific for it to continue in 2023.
The deal includes a commitment from the network to broadcast one football game per round including finals on their local station SEN Latrobe Valley 91.9FM.
EDFNL fans will be able to listen the match of the round live from the ground from 2pm to 5pm with pre, post, and live commentary of the games.
Listeners will also be able to hear a local Gippsland Footy Show which will be broadcast 11am to 12pm on Saturdays. The local program will include a dedicated local netball segment within the show.

Quality Site Welding’s origins are found in the spread of natural gas to regional towns. This involved crews digging trenches, laying and welding pipes, and connecting houses to the gas supply. This brought gas to Drouin, Warragul, Longwarry and Trafalgar.
The original three partners started business in 1973 and were narrowed down to one when David Coade became the sole business owner. David diversified the business by expanding the workshop and onsite capabilities. About Cooper Robbins
My vision is to improve sporting performance and decrease the risk of injuries. I’m what’s known as an S&C coach, and my formal studies are as a scientist in exercise prescription, biomechanics, anatomy and physiology. Essentially, I have done a three-year degree purely so I could understand the human body and how to make it perform at its best.
In comparison to a Personal Trainer in which you require a Cert 3&4 in Fitness and takes approximately 6-12 months to complete. Then you can begin coaching clients. That is certainly an introductory level of knowledge compared to my studies at university.
My area of expertise is in helping athletes go from feeling unsure, uncertain and overwhelmed with all the different expectations of them to feeling confident, capable and in control of their young sports career and future in sport.
Who is a Strength & Conditioning (S&C) Coach?
They enhance physical attributes such as strength, power, speed, agility and endurance.
These fundamental movement patterns include the ability to; accelerate, decelerate, land, jump, change direction, squat, hinge, lunge, row, push and brace.
