Here we are at the halfway mark of the Parklea EDFNL 2023 season and the new EDFNL Board of Management (BOM) is so far pleased with proceedings.

The EDFNL U16 East v West Intraleague clash on Wednesday night saw the West team win by 22 points on a cold night at Lang Lang’s home ground in Caldermeade. It was only the second time the league has held this clash – the first was last year – when the teams drew. The East side was represented by players from Buln Buln, Trafalgar, Neerim South and Nilma Darnum and the West team was represented by players from Poowong, Lang Lang, Ellinbank and Longwarry.
