CONDITIONS OF ENTRY

The Ellinbank & District Football Netball League and it’s Officials reserve the right to refuse entry to, or to remove from the ground any persons who are drunk or disorderly or whose conduct is unlawful or offensive or who are not entitled to attend the match. Any person who causes a disturbance or who refuses to comply with reasonable requests from a club or EDFNL official may be asked to leave or removed. The EDFNL also abide by the AFL Vic Country code of country rules and individuals/ clubs in in breach of these will be subject to appropriate action in accordance with our by-laws. The EDFNL will also act upon:

  • Anti-social behaviour whether it be towards patrons, players, officials or umpires. The EDFNL may take disciplinary action against those clubs whose spectators do not comply.

  • Anti-social behaviour is conduct which may reasonably be considered to be offensive, abusive, belittling or threatening, or which is otherwise unwelcome and a reasonable person would recognise it as being unwelcome and likely to cause the recipient to feel offended, humiliated or intimidated (Harassment). Directly or indirectly discriminating against, harassing or bullying (including cyber bullying) any person; verbally or physically assaulting another person, intimidating another person or creating a hostile environment within Australian Football.
